Heinrich Klaasen was the standout performer with a solid 71 off 44 balls, while Abhinav Manohar chipped in with 43 off 37. Jaydev Unadkat and Zeeshan Ansari picked up a wicket each for SRH.

Mumbai made light work of the chase. Rohit Sharma led from the front with a composed 70 off 46, and Suryakumar Yadav smashed an unbeaten 40 off just 19 balls to seal the win in just 15.4 overs with 7 wickets in hand. Trent Boult was named Player of the Match for his brilliant spell, taking 4 for 26, while Deepak Chahar also impressed with 2 for 12.

Lucknow Super Giants:
In their previous match (Match 40 of the 2025 IPL), the Lucknow Super Giants fell to the Delhi Capitals. Batting first, Lucknow posted a total of 159 for 6, with Aiden Markram scoring 52 off 33 balls and Mitchell Marsh contributing 45 from 36. Markram also chipped in with the ball, picking up 2 wickets for 30 runs.

However, Delhi made light work of the chase. KL Rahul remained unbeaten on 57 off 42, while Abishek Porel added 51 off 36, guiding Delhi to victory in just 17.5 overs with 8 wickets in hand. Mukesh Kumar, who took 4 for 33, was named Player of the Match.
